Newnham Court Shopping Village

It was September 1983 when things really took off. The (then) brand new Notcutts Garden Centre, Gift Shop, Pet & Aquatic Centre and Coffee Corner Restaurant all opened, adding to the already established Farm & Freezer Shop and popular pick your own fruit and vegetable farm.

Over the years, Newnham Court Shopping Village has become an essential part of the local services to an expanding Maidstone as well as the surrounding villages. It's location, close to junction 7 of the M20, makes it a destination too for trips from south London, Kent and Sussex, as well as a pleasant place to break the journey for those on their way to the continent.

Newnham Court Shopping Village has never stood still, adapting to meet the needs of shoppers and visitors over the decades, whilst retaining its pleasing atmosphere. The guiding light has always been - and still is:
